Be sure to follow these guidelines in the use/burning of incense offering:
  1. Blessing the congregation by making the sign of the cross is not what God said in the Bible. The minister should stretch his hands towards heaven and then proclaim what God said in the book of Numbers And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 23 "Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, 'This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them: 24 "The LORD bless you and keep you; 25 The LORD make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; 26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace."' 27 "So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them." Numbers 6:23, 24

  2. Ministering the incense to the congregation by swinging it three times in a direction is not what the Bible said. The burning smoke should be moved about in the midst of the congregation.

  3. Do not use the baby teaspoon to add incense into the burner. Use your hands after washing it with holy water.

  4. Teaspoons measure is too small. Add as much as possible, plenty of the incense.

  5. You can perform deliverance by covering somebody inside the smoke, for a while, for about 10 minutes.

  6. You can also perform deliverance by moving the burning incense round a person for about 3 or 7 times.

  7. Do not use charcoal collected from households or outside the church and holy places in burning incense offering to the Lord.

  8. Do not use already burnt candles or pieces of candles in making fire for the incense.

  9. Buy woods specially for making charcoals for incense offerings, and then burn them inside a clean and holy vessel or bucket. After the burning, collect and keep the charcoal.

  10. Do not use kerosene in making fire for incense offering. Use new candle sticks or red palm oil.

  11. In the church or holy place, make sure you put on flowing garment whenever:

  12. According to God’s directive, there should be an altar for incense offering, which should eb a golden altar.
